We do not handle family law, criminal matters, conveyancing, or generalist legal work.
Yes. The firm’s principal is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation. Accredited Specialist status requires demonstrated expertise, peer assessment, and formal examination. It is held by a small number of litigators in Queensland.
Yes. We act for clients nationally. While we are based in Brisbane, we handle disputes in courts and tribunals across Australia and work with interstate clients on a regular basis.
