Our Principal

Boyle Litigation is led by its Managing Partner and Director, Lachlan Boyle, who holds accredited specialist status in commercial litigation awarded by the Queensland Law Society to less than 4 percent of Queensland practitioners.

QLS Accredited Specialist status is not self-declared. It requires demonstrated competence, peer endorsement, and formal assessment. It is one of the most credible specialist qualifications available to a Queensland litigator.

With a thorough and considered approach, Lachlan sees the whole board to deliver strategic advice across a broad practice. Lachlan has had conduct of litigious disputes across the United Kingdom,  the United States of America, and New Zealand, as well as all jurisdictions throughout Australia. His clients and industry experience includes boutique and large insolvency firms, commercial and residential property developers, accountants, and professional advisors.
